1. Show us who you are
To start the process, please send us your application documents directly through the job posting on our career page.
Once we have received your application, we will review your suitability for the position, taking into account your qualifications and the job requirements.
2. Video Interview with your Recruiter
Together, we will dive deeper into your professional background and your motivation for joining Quantum Systems. Expect questions about your expertise and desired areas of focus.
3. Skill Assessment
We would like to gain insight into your technical skills. This may include a case study, role-playing exercise, or a technical test. The interview can be conducted either in person or via video conference.
4. Final Meet & Greet
In this final stage of the process, we warmly welcome you to our Gilching location if you have conducted your interview online.
Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the facilities, meet your future manager and colleagues, and have an informal conversation.
We believe that the best results come from teamwork and diverse perspectives.
5. Feedback
This is where we decide on each other. A final call and a brief feedback conversation will seal the deal.
Then, it’s time to sign the contract and any other necessary documents.

How do I prepare for the interview?
Read through the job description again. Prepare a few questions for us and make a salary proposal
How long will it take to process my application?
Our goal is to provide feedback within 7 days. In exceptional cases, when we receive a high number of applications, this period may extend to a maximum of 14 days.
How does Quantum support me with relocation?
If you are located more than 300 km from Gilching, we will financially support your relocation closer to our Quantum-Systems GmbH office.
What should my resume include?
Your application should include your resume, current email address and phone number, earliest possible start date, nationality, and salary expectations.
What happens if I have been recommended to Quantum-Systems?
In most cases, we have already received your application through your referral. If not, please include the name of the person who referred you in the application form to increase your chances.
Can I apply for multiple jobs?
You can always apply for multiple positions at the same time, either directly through the online application process or in the first video interview.
Do I need experience with UAVs?
Basic knowledge or experience with drones is a plus, though not directly required in all departments. However, we do expect a certain affinity for the aerospace industry.
