Quantum Systems appoints Dr. Jaromir Ufer to lead the operational organization of the company

Quantum-Systems is excited to announce that Dr. Jaromir Ufer is joining the leadership team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational organization of the company. Quantum-Systems has grown rapidly in the past years and expects to continue its strong growth in the future. Jaromir joins the team to support this further growth especially in the area of production and HR.

Jaromir has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, aerospace, automation and production technologies. His career first took him to the German Aerospace Center, where he did research in the field of structural dynamics and aeroelastics. He then joined VOITH Composites for the industrialization of composites production for the automotive industry and other applications. After completing his extra occupational PhD in the field of automation of composites manufacturing at the Technical University of Munich, he held various management positions at VOITH, ultimately as Head of Business Development.
Jaromir then built his own hard- and software startup Kerl Eyewear as founder and CEO, which applied high-tech materials such as carbon fiber and 3D-printed structures to eyewear frames. After the successful exit of his startup, he most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer for the acquiring company ic! berlin.

Since my early youth, I have been enthusiastic about aviation. I couldn't be more excited than to now continue my journey with the outstanding team at Quantum Systems to shape the future of aerial intelligence solutions.

We are excited to welcome Jaro on board at Quantum Systems. His experience in the field of production as well as his background as a founder will be an important contribution to reach our ambitious goals.
