Our global network of over 80 authorized Quantum-Systems resellers are your first local point of contact for support. We work with industry experts who understand your unique business- and industry-specific needs to quickly address your request. We define this process as first-level support.

Quantum-Systems performs second-level support for its resellers and for all Quantum-Systems products.Our customer support team consists of highly trained professionals and problem solvers who know our products inside and out. We will provide a solution to your individual request within 48 business hours.

 

Training

Your success is our success

To ensure successful missions, we offer a set of comprehensive trainings on the operation of our UAS, flight planning via our QBase software, and data post-processing. We offer online training via webinars and in-person training at the customer’s site, or at our headquarters in Gilching, Germany. Our training sessions

are suited for groups, as well as for individuals. In terms of length and content, each training session is customized and individually tailored according to the customer’s specific use case and prior product knowledge. We decide together which type of training best suits your business needs.

Replacement & Repair

We offer a one-year warranty for all of our products. Our sUAS are designed in a modular and easy-to-use way. The exchange and replacement of vital parts, such as the wings or the rear, can be done in seconds. Our global network of Quantum-Systems authorized resellers

is trained to execute minor repairs locally. If you need further support, our professional Quantum-Systems repair department in Germany will take over. We offer worldwide shipping and fast repair to keep your downtime to a minimum.
