Trinity Pro and QBase 3D Updates: Enhanced Integration and Advanced Features

We are excited to unveil the latest updates for Trinity Pro and QBase 3D, designed to elevate your aerial mapping and mission planning experience. These enhancements bring together new payloads, cutting-edge system automation and upgraded safety features.

Trinity Pro & Trinity Tactical Updates

Sony ILX-LR1 Integration

The integration of the Sony ILX-LR1 RGB camera into the Trinity Pro and Tactical ecosystem introduces a streamlined workflow with robust features:

Remote Settings:

Configure image settings such as format, resolution, ISO, shutter speed, and exposure compensation directly from QBase 3D before takeoff, eliminating the need for on-site adjustments.

Single Storage:

Simplify post-processing with all data, including flight logs and images, stored on the camera’s SD card. Automatic transfer of flight logs during landing ensures effortless data retrieval.

 Qube 640 LiDAR Integration

Integration of the  Qube 640 LiDAR scanner enhances operational efficiency and automation:

Automated Command and Control:

The sensor seamlessly initiates, halts, and saves recordings autonomously. Progress is tracked in QBase 3D during the return-to-home procedure, allowing operators to detach the payload with confidence.

Integrated RGB Camera Control

For precise data capture and analysis, an integrated 8 MP RGB camera supports point cloud colorization in the same flight. Users can enable or disable the camera during mission planning, with photos conveniently stored within the mission folder for streamlined workflows.

Large Area Mapping with Qbase 3D :

Enhanced Planning

Plan expansive missions up to 4000 hectares effortlessly with QBase 3D, which enables planning of enitre mission sites and automatically segmentation into flyable flight areas. Seamless continuity prompts ensure uninterrupted data collection across vast areas. QBase shows the flyable segment with one battery, but also the simulation of the entire mission is visualized.

Improved DEM Support

Enhanced Digital Elevation Model (DEM) support ensures safety and accuracy across diverse latitudes, including up to 90 degrees north and south. Utilizing the latest ALOS World 3D dataset from JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) enhances elevation precision worldwide.

Trinity F90+ Updates

Autopilot Improvements

Enhancements to the Trinity F90+ autopilot system includes all latest safety features: improved actuator checks, fault handling capabilities, and advanced airspeed sensor reactions. These upgrades optimize performance during complex flight scenarios, enhancing operational reliability.
