Description:

We are seeking a talented Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to join our team, providing pivotal Supply Chain Management Services. This role involves performing daily supply tasks, supporting Quantum-Systems’ supply and logistics operations with responsibilities ranging from inventory assessment to customer order coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience with Military Integrated Logistics Information Systems (MILIS), Advanced Inventory Management Systems (AIMS), and a background in defense logistics, particularly in managing repairable items and spares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned supply items, including spares and repairable items, and conduct inventory assessments.
  • Coordinate customer material and delivery requirements, tracking and processing orders, and handling material returns.
  • Identify supply chain alternatives to address issues and discrepancies, engaging in supply management planning and support performance reviews.
  • Maintain relationships with key supply chain stakeholders in the global Quantum-Systems business, particularly focusing on customers in NZ and Australia.
  • Travel up to 15% of the time to support supply chain and customer relations.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks, ensuring adherence to established quality standards.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Military Integrated Logistics Information Systems (MILIS), Advanced Inventory Management Systems (AIMS) Spares & Repairs and purchasing or Simple Procurement qualification.
  • Experience in Integrated Logistics, stock analysis and forecasting within Defence environments for repairable and non-repairable items.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply process improvements.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate interaction with customer support teams, repair agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
