Systems Engineer (Electrical & Robotics)

The Systems Engineer will be a crucial member of our engineering team, bringing in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, robotics, and embedded software development. This role requires a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in designing, developing, and troubleshooting hardware systems. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in applying their electrical and robotics expertise to enhance our production processes and product reliability.


  • Support the production team by providing expert guidance on the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of UAS electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement embedded software solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of hardware failures to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and software components.
  • Participate in the design and review of new electrical systems and components for UAS projects, emphasizing innovation and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system designs, specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff, enhancing team knowledge and capabilities in handling electrical and robotic systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in electrical engineering, robotics, and embedded systems to drive continuous improvement within the company.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in electrical engineering, robotics, and embedded software development.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in debugging and analyzing hardware systems.
  • Proficiency in embedded systems programming and experience with microcontrollers and sensor integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skill development.
  • Preferred experience with UAS or in a highly technical, innovation-driven industry.
